  • Download the Intoxalock application on your phone to check contract status and calibration due date

  • Your handheld device will notify you with two sets of warnings. The second warning starts exactly 7 days from the due date listed in your app. You can recalibrate 9 days in advance (MN). If you do not recalibrate before the due date and are locked out (not serviced in time), you must tow the vehicle in or request mobile service for an additional fee. Call Intoxalock to arrange this.
  • If you are in a lockout, recalibrate within the 5-day window or you will have to tow the vehicle. You can request mobile service for an additional fee.
  • Please call Intoxalock and request a lockout reset and work order before coming in. This is required by the state of MN.
  • For any issues with the device, call Intoxalock first. They will set up additional support and create a work order for troubleshooting, as required in MN.
  • Do not move or adjust your camera. Doing so is a direct violation of your agreement with the state of MN. The compliance department will lock you out and you will be non-compliant.
  • Please sign your lease before coming in for calibration. Check your app for payment issues or account warnings prior to visiting.
  • If you are on the reduced fee program, ensure your work order is sent the same day you come in. Intoxalock must fill out the purchase order number and the $30.00 amount. If not completed, you will be charged and must seek reimbursement. This must be done before arriving—it is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not Intoxalock. We are a separate company providing service for them.
  • Vehicle switches: Contact Intoxalock directly. Have your new vehicle information ready (VIN, license plate number if available).
  • Removals: You must call Intoxalock and request removal. The app cannot schedule or close your account.
  • Mobile service starts at $150 and up.
